Since the launch of Cinema Reloaded in December 2009 the project was off to a roaring start. Seven months later and with a still growing community of more than 500 co-producers, the Cinema Reloaded experiment is entering a new phase.

With a little help from our co-producers, our three filmmakers and other people from the industry the Cinema Reloaded Team has done some serious brainstorming and has set up a plan for the future. This plan involves some exciting improvements, including one short-term change that we would like to share with you now.

The first change
On 1 July 2010 the deadline before which the minimum budget should have been reached will pass. We have decided to postpone this deadline to 31 December 2010. This means that the funding stage is extended, which will enable the filmmakers to raise more money for their projects. The development stage will take off in the course of raising the funds.
